Gel pencil is pressed and hardened with active silicone. Colour sticks fast to skin for superior hold even at the ends of the eyebrow where colour tends to fade. It also comes with the right firmness and width that can naturally fill in even the sparsest brows. Fine powder tip adds a delicate, natural softness for added dimension. It can also be used to contour the nose.
